These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at wbtravelpros.com (the “Site”) and the travel-planning, ticketing, and advisory services provided by WB Travel Associates LLC (“WB Travel,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. About WB Travel Associates LLC
WB Travel Associates LLC is a Virginia limited liability company registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission, headquartered at 5654 Parliament Dr STE A, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. We operate as an independent travel agency arranging airline tickets, hotels, cruises, tours, and related travel services.
2. Role as an agent
WB Travel Associates acts solely as an agent for the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, ground providers, insurance carriers, and other travel suppliers (“Suppliers”) whose services we book on your behalf. We are not the operator, owner, or provider of any transportation, accommodation, tour, or travel service. All travel arrangements are subject to the individual terms, conditions, and tariffs of the Supplier, which take precedence over these Terms with respect to the underlying travel product.
3. Booking, quotes, and pricing
- Quotes are estimates only and are not guaranteed until a booking is fully ticketed, deposited, or paid in full according to the applicable Supplier’s rules.
- Airfare, hotel, cruise, and tour prices can and do change without notice until purchase is completed. Currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and government fees may increase the final price.
- All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s fare rules, cancellation rules, change rules, and other conditions of carriage or of contract. It is your responsibility to review those terms before authorizing a booking.
- A service, planning, or research fee may apply to certain bookings. Any such fee will be disclosed and agreed to in writing before it is charged.
4. Payment
Payment for travel is processed through vetted payment processors or directly by the Supplier. Charges may appear on your statement under the name of the Supplier (airline, cruise line, tour operator) rather than under “WB Travel Associates.” By providing payment information, you authorize the charge and confirm that you are the authorized cardholder.
5. Travel documents, identification, and eligibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, visa(s), health certificates, vaccinations, and any other documentation required by the destination(s) and any transit countries.
- Passport validity requirements vary by country — many require at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond your return date, plus blank pages.
- You are responsible for meeting airline, cruise, and country-specific requirements including Secure Flight, APIS, ESTA, ETIAS, or other advance-passenger-information programs.
- WB Travel Associates provides guidance where reasonable but does not guarantee current entry requirements and is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or fines resulting from missing, expired, or non-compliant documents.
6. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are governed primarily by the Supplier’s rules, not by WB Travel Associates. See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on how supplier rules interact with our service fees.
7. Travel insurance
Travel is subject to risks including illness, weather, geopolitical events, supplier insolvency, and personal emergencies. We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance (trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical, evacuation, baggage) at the time of first payment. Declining insurance means accepting full financial responsibility for cancellation penalties, medical costs, and other travel-related losses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WB Travel Associates is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, delays, or other losses resulting from any Supplier’s services or from any act of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, labor action, or force majeure.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total service or planning fees paid to WB Travel Associates directly (excluding pass-through supplier payments) for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.
- WB Travel Associates disclaims all indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, and special damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WB Travel Associates, its members, officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your travel behavior, or your failure to meet documentation and eligibility requirements.
10. Website use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, disrupt its operation, use automated scraping/crawling that violates our robots.txt or Terms, reverse-engineer our systems, or misuse content protected by copyright or trademark. Content on the Site is owned by WB Travel Associates or licensed to us; no license is granted except for personal, non-commercial use.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WB Travel Associates concerning the Site and our services and supersede prior communications.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or engagement of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
