- Payment information: when you make a booking, payment card and billing information is collected directly by our vetted payment processors, GDS partners, or supplier partners (such as ARC, Sabre, Duffel, Centrav, and cruise/tour operators). WB Travel Associates does not store your full payment card number on our systems.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and analytics events, collected via cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, Jetpack Stats, and MonsterInsights).
- Communications: records of calls, emails, chats, and social media messages you exchange with us.

- Travel suppliers: airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance providers, ground transportation, and destination management companies you have asked us to book with.
- Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and consolidators: including Sabre, ARC-appointed consolidators, Duffel, Centrav, and other IATA/ARC-affiliated partners used to issue tickets and manage bookings.
- Payment processors: secure third-party processors that handle card authorization and settlement.
- Service providers: hosting (Bluehost), email (Google Workspace), CRM (Tern for Travel), marketing tools (Mailchimp), analytics (Google, MonsterInsights, Jetpack).
- Legal and regulatory recipients: government agencies, courts, or law enforcement where required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
- Successors: in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
