WB Travel Associates LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance status
Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WB Travel Associates’ website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
2. Measures we take
- Publishing an accessibility statement (this page).
- Assigning accessibility responsibility internally.
- Integrating accessibility considerations into content, design, and development decisions.
- Testing pages in modern browsers with keyboard navigation and screen-reader software.
- Providing image alt text and heading structure to support assistive technologies.
- Providing a clear method for visitors to report accessibility barriers.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content on our site may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are actively working to improve include:
- Alt text on certain legacy portfolio and blog images.
- Color contrast on some heading and decorative elements.
- Third-party embedded content (booking widgets, maps, video) which may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA in full.
4. Feedback and requests
If you encounter a barrier, need content in an alternative format, or want to request accessibility-related assistance planning travel, please contact us. We respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.

5. Accessibility while traveling
WB Travel Associates helps clients with accessibility-related travel needs including mobility-accessible hotel rooms, cruise cabins, and tour vehicles; medical-equipment transport; dietary and sensory accommodations; and companion-fare or attendant travel. Please share your specific needs when you contact us and we will coordinate directly with suppliers on your behalf.
6. Formal complaints
Under U.S. federal accessibility law, you may also file complaints with the Department of Justice, the Department of Transportation (for air-travel accessibility issues under the Air Carrier Access Act), or your state attorney general. We prefer the opportunity to resolve any accessibility concern directly first.
This statement is a general framework as of July 2026. It is not legal advice. Formal WCAG 2.1 AA conformance requires third-party audit; review by qualified accessibility counsel and an accredited auditor is recommended.
